Gia Paloma Leaves Extreme

Adult performer Gia Paloma is leaving Extreme Associates after her contract was not renewed today in a mutual decision by both sides.

“We are going separate ways totally (as) friends. Extreme is going in some different directions and Gia is also going in different directions,” Rob Black, Extreme’s co-owner, said in an e-mail today.

“We had a good year with her and we’re sad to see her go,” he said, adding that he plans to make additional moves in the company’s production lineup in the next few days.

The 21-year-old Paloma confirmed by telephone that she had left the studio, saying that it was mutual decision by the two sides.

The blond starlet had originally signed with Extreme a year ago with a one-year deal that included an option for a second year. The contract also called for her to perform in a minimum of 10 movies and also serve as the studio’s in-house makeup person.

Paloma won Best All-Girl Scene for The Violation of Audrey Hollander at the 2005 AVN Awards and was nominated as Best New Starlet and Best Actress and in other categories that year.

Black said his company plans to release Paloma’s current feature awaiting release, such as Dodgeball Gang Bang, Daddy’s Little Girl, the Fred Lincoln-directed feature Triangles, and the virtual sex DVD, I Control Gia Paloma.

Among Paloma’s titles with Extreme are The Animal, Monster Asses, Lizzy Borden’s House of Whores 3, A Week in the Life of Paris Gables and Vagina Dialogues, among others.

Paloma joined the industry in 2003 and has performed in more than 200 scenes.
