LOS ANGELES — Scarlett Hampton tells AVN her whirlwind past year has been full of different kinds of firsts.
The rising new starlet lost her virginity in a threesome at a frat house, squirted for the first time while riding a Sybian, found her clit while on set for FTV Girls and did her first anal scene for BackroomCastingCouch.com.
Now less than four months into her adult career, the former delivery biker for Jimmy John’s is making her presence felt in Porn Valley as word gets around about her All-American model looks, high-energy sex scenes and sunny demeanor.
“This job is amazing for me,” Hampton, who turned 22 in February, says. “Every day is a new experience. I get to travel and see new things and do new things and the people are so awesome, so woke. They’re very intelligent people.
“This is a very cool industry. It’s not like a toxic environment.”
She says she’s represented by Matrix Models and John Steven on a non-exclusive basis.
“I decided to do that just getting into the industry,” Hampton says. “I was just doing this modeling before and I want to keep my modeling gigs, so I also book my own things and he books me work. I like John a lot, he’s a great guy.”
Matrix’s Steven tells AVN Hampton is off to a strong start.
“She’s a great performer,” he says. “She was just out here for probably two-and-a-half weeks on her last trip and she worked pretty much every day she was here.
“We’re planning another trip for her to come out this month and she’s pretty much booked up for the entire two weeks. She’s really pretty and she’s got a great attitude and she’s shooting everything… She’s definitely adventurous.”
Hampton has upcoming shoots booked with PornPros, Team Skeet and VR Bangers, among others, Steven notes.
“I see great potential for her,” he says.
Scarlett did some camming when she first turned 18 and recalls receiving an email from Matrix when she was first starting college, where she majored in theatre and business while hustling at part-time jobs in the evenings.
“But I didn’t know yet what I wanted to do and it’s a big decision and it takes time to think about it,” she says.
“What happened was when all my classes got canceled for Covid and everything went online, I started joining groups on Facebook and doing photoshoots with local photographers.”
One of the photographers suggested she flash her boobs for OnlyFans. Hampton admits that at the time she didn’t know what the platform was.
Soon she she decided to try a nude photoshoot with Signature Models.
"Those were the first nude spreads I did,” she says. “They had me do some solo videos and I hadn’t done that before.”
Then she was working with another independent photographer, doing an OnlyFans content trade when she was introduced to the Sybian.
“I was riding it and I squirted all over the Sybian and I had never squirted before in my life,” Hampton says. “It was so much fun and I really enjoyed the video aspect of it.”
From there she shot with ALS Scan in April and then FTV Girls, followed by her first trip to Los Angeles, where she did an all-girl scene with Lexi Luna and Lena Anderson for Nubiles.
Indeed it has been an eventful year in more ways than one for Hampton, who says she had “a later sexual awakening than a lot of people.”
“I found where my clit was when I was doing FTV,” Scarlett says. “And the first time I ever squirted with a guy was with Danny Mountain for PornPros, that was cool. That was in June.”
Her first boy/girl was with BackroomCastingCouch.com in May and then she did her first anal scene in June with the same site and co-star, Mitt Aziani.
“I kind of felt like I would do it at some point,” Scarlett says. “I wanted to try. Now I like doing it. I did another anal with Johnny Castle for PornPros… That one hasn’t come out yet. I never had anal sex in general before. I didn’t start doing anything anal other than butt plugs [before adult].”
Hampton embraces the unpredictable nature of the business.
“I guess the one thing I’m learning a lot is that you always have to be prepared to face the unexpected, like at the last minute your whole plan can change,” she says.
One thing without question that can be expected is Hampton is going to be booked as much as she wants to be in the coming months as more studios become familiar with her.
Just before this interview, she was preparing for a scene with Ramon Nomar for AVN Hall of Fame director Pat Myne, who already had lensed two girl/girl sessions with Hampton—one with Sabina Rouge and the other with Madi Meadows.
An athlete all through high school who competed on the cross country team, Hampton worked two or three jobs at a time during college.
“I never drank alcohol until I was 21. I never did any underage drinking,” she says. “I actually never had a boyfriend ever.”
She learned about the importance of work ethic before stepping into adult, holding down the night shift for Jimmy John’s, biking around the city on deliveries—even in inclement weather—sometimes pedaling up to 40 miles per shift.
Hampton also worked as a shot girl at a bar, where she sometimes bartended, at a gas station and at a diner.
“I feel like it’s important to work a service job and understand the value of a dollar,” she says. “That’s why I didn’t get into porn when I was 18. I think you need time to learn things about yourself and how you want to live your life.
“This has been such a cool, crazy experience from the beginning for me. I have no regrets ever. I view it so positively. There’s not anything I don’t like about it.”
