Fresh Faces: London Rose

Just getting her start in the adult industry at age 33, it would be easy to wonder where London Rose has been all of her adult life. That would not be going back far enough to get the complete tale.

London was an army brat whose parents converted to fundamentalist religion when she was just 8. In this case, “fundamentalist” means church every day of the week and hardcore religious education. The “no list” included such growing up basics as watching TV and listening to the radio.

Swimming pools were a big no-no and video games weren’t allowed, either.

“I had to wear dresses to the ankles and sleeves to the elbows,” she says. “Makeup, nail polish, big jewelry, etc. were all deemed ‘worldly’ and prohibited. I grew up a very sheltered and plain Jane.”

Also on the no list: boys. Even talking to them was unacceptable. Not surprisingly, by the time she had reached her late teens London was getting restless.

“I needed to get out! I desired to explore the word, make bad choices, think for myself. It’s like I needed air. I left one day with just a trash bag of clothes. It was a rough adjustment, but I’m still standing.”

At 19, she gifted her virginity to a “tall and big college wrestler,” but the skies didn’t open up and rain glitter upon them as she had expected. That experience wouldn’t come for a couple more years, after she’d had the opportunity to learn how her body worked, not to mention the bodies of partners she would spend her time with.

She found work as a secretary for an architectural firm, then was an assistant supervisor at a call center, then a bartender. The last job opened her eyes to the opportunities of having a sugar daddy, an art she perfected through her 20s.

One day she came across a video of Dennis Hof and the Moonlite BunnyRanch. The young lady who wasn’t allowed to watch TV or to speak with the opposite sex saw something that must have seemed unreal. She contacted Hof immediately and had a response a couple days later. Soon she was working there and just in time to be part of a special Lisa Ling was shooting for CNN. She spent two years working there and remembers her “mentor” Hof fondly.

“RIP to Dennis, I miss him yelling at me for smoking weed and not drinking enough water,” she says. “He taught me to be classy, how to hustle.”

Offers to shoot had come occasionally and in 2017 London decided to give it a try. She went to Florida but “chickened out” before her first shoot. Ready to give it another go, last year she went to the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo to make connections. Then, of course, 2020 happened. In early Fall she finally got to make her move: London Rose was about to become the hot new MILF on the block.

The curvy blonde stands 5-foot-3 and sports natural 34DDs that still impress. She’s signed with Nexxxt Level and is off to a strong start. She even shot her first Brazzers scene recently, working with their new baby-faced contract stud Jimmy Michaels in “A Room With a Cock 2,” which came out in late January.

“Oh my god! I thought sure maybe someday years down the road Brazzers will book me,” London says. “Then I’ll be official. Never in my wildest dreams did I think like three months after starting I’d land a scene on their site. I still am in awe and shock. It was a wonderful experience. Shoutout to the crew and staff and thanks to Jimmy Michaels. Tears in my eyes, answering this one because I am just so thankful for the experience.”

Speaking of awe and shock, her parents are living the conservative life that London left behind a decade-and-a-half ago, and one can reasonably assume that dirty movies isn’t what they saw in her future, though it seems unlikely that they’ll stumble on her work soon. But the cat never stays in the bag forever and London says the response has been pretty positive.

“My grandma knows and said, ‘Well I just don’t know why you can’t be a normal model, but if that’s what makes you happy.’ My friends and local townspeople all love and support me. They think it’s pretty freaking cool and so do I.”
