Kendra Heart met her boyfriend on vacation at a swingers resort in Florida, and they started putting together gangbangs of guys they found online. She started shooting with Reality Kings and Bang Bros. in Miami, and then came to L.A. "I shot my first anal for Evil Angel, with Mark Wood." She has also worked with Kink and shot her first interracial with Dredd: "I'm a yes woman. That scene is when I first started getting more wild. I want to be that extreme girl that doesn’t look like it on the outside." She visits L.A. every three months "for a couple of weeks" to shoot.
She says she likes the "glamor, sex and money" of the adult industry. "I like meeting fans, and getting all pretty. I like getting my most beautiful to be my most nasty. And the money—I used to do this for free. I did free gang bangs all the time. And I like being safe about it. They used condoms, and now everybody's tested."

"Be good to your body, it's your only tool in life" are her words to live by. "That's what my dad told me. My parents are bodybuilders, to this day. Health is engraved in me. If I weren't doing porn, I'd be a fitness instructor. Your body is your only tool. You need to treat it good."
