LOS ANGELES—Hadley Viscara grew up watching The Girls Next Door and thought, “This looks like so much fun.” She watched her first BDSM porn at age 15, “and I wanted to work for Kink ever since.” When she met James Deen in Phoenix in March 2017, he introduced her to a Kink director and she got a booking for “I was in the middle of an extreme, intense orgasm and I decided, ‘This is what I want to do.’” Since then, she has worked for Blacked, Reality Kings. Dogfart, Brazzers, Lesbian VR and Holly Randall: “That’s all I can remember.”

Viscara says, “Some of the most genuine people I’ve met are in the adult industry. Mona Wales is probably the most genuine person I’ve ever met. Isiah Maxwell is great. I’ve never filmed a scene with him but he’s still a great friend. Growing up in Nebraska, everyone is pretty closed-minded there. People in porn—mostly—are open minded and accepting of whoever you are.”

Back in Nebraska, Viscara worked as a server and barista (“the normal jobs”) before taking a gig as a stripper in Iowa, “just across the river form Omaha. Everyone local saw me, I’m pretty sure. It was the strip club of the area. I loved it. I love dancing. I love the art of pole dancing: learning new tricks, showing them off. I liked the attention. I’m an extreme exhibitionist. I love being watched. Plus I love to meet new people. And now, I love getting to do what I love for work every day.”

Viscara says she’s looking forward to building her brand “and getting to know all my fans” through social media and personal appearances. She wants to do a gangbang for Greg Lansky “I want to do all of it, but I don’t do anal yet—it’ll be a couple of years.” She likes dystopian fiction: “The Handmaid’s Tale, The Hunger Games, The Giver, Maze Runner, you can go through my Audible app and see them. I have hard copies too.”

Her words to live by: “Stay strong in every situation.”
