LOS ANGELES—Social media gets a lot of bad press these days, but sometimes it can deliver great things. That was the case for Angel Youngs, Foxxx Modeling’s new, Texan talent who says that she had not even posted to her Twitter account about her ambitions to break into the adult industry, when she received an unexpected direct message — a message that launched her suddenly exploding career.
“My agent, he hit me up on Twitter just randomly,” she recounted. “I don’t even think I posted anything about doing it. It was weird. I have no idea why.”
The agent on the other end of the Twitter message was Matt Morgia, who at that time, was with the iconic World Modeling Agency. But when World Modeling’s legendary founder, Jim South, passed away in August just a few weeks shy of his 81st birthday, Morgia moved over to Chris Cane’s Foxxx Modeling, and took many of his clients, including Youngs, with him.
“I found her on Twitter,” Morgia says. “I do recruiting on Twitter. All you have to do is put in ‘hashtag OnlyFans’ and there you go. She was blonde, beautiful. I saw that she was stripping, so I reached out to her. ”
Youngs, however, describes herself as a “goofy” and “crazy,” and says that in real life, “I’m basically like a boy. I dress girly and stuff, but I don’t really act girly.”
It seems unlikely that fans who view her performances will perceive her, as seeming “like a boy.” But to Youngs, her attitude is all about never taking life too seriously.
“It’s so weird because I’m in porn, and you’re supposed to be all glitzy and whatever,” she says. “And I Iaugh at everything. I think everything is funny.”
Asked if there is one fact about herself that she would like her fans to know, that they may not be able to get from her performances — something that will let fans into her private world and perhaps make them even more curious to find and watch her scenes — she ponders the question hard for a protracted moment.
“I am so bad at talking about myself,” she demurs. “I guess I just want people to know, ‘she loves everyone.’”
But then, after a little more thought, she comes up with an answer to the question that seems to fit her self-described persona quite well.
“I never wear panties!” she declares. “Yeah, I really never wear panties. But a lot of people don’t wear panties, you know.”
There is more to Youngs’ off-camera personality than goofiness and abstention from underpants, however. One of her passions in life — the outdoors.
“I love going outdoors. I love trying new things,” she says. “The other day I went skydiving. I did a tandem dive, but I do want to start doing it by myself. I think that’s be real cool. I mean, it’s an expensive hobby — but worth it."
She’s also an avid hiker, saying she hikes on Enchanted Rock, a mountain in Fredericksburg, Texas, “about an hour from where I stay. It’s, like, the most beautiful thing. I go there all the time. I just like to be outdoors and do active shit.”
The launch of Youngs’ adult career, however, was placed on hold, due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Texas native — who still makes her home in the Lone Star State — continued to pick up what work was available as an exotic dancer in her home state, when clubs began to reopen from their pandemic-related closures. The COVID-19 crisis, however, kept her mostly away from cameras until September.
“She pretty much started operating before the pandemic moratorium started,” Morgia recalls. “And then, obviously everyone was out of work for a little while. She started up again thereafter, when they lifted it.”
So far, Youngs has been busy — but not much of her output has made it to the public so far. Her Internet Adult Film Database entry listed only three titles at the time of this interview, all in the FTV Girls series, and all listed as masturbation scenes only. But the public should brace for an onslaught of material from Youngs, who says she has been working at a prolific pace since restarting her interrupted career just a couple months ago.
There is still plenty she has yet to do in the industry, beyond simply having her scenes released to the public. She has yet to perform in a girl-girl scene — something which she says is high on her list. And she names Brazzers and Blacked as the two studios she’s most like to work for, but has not yet.
“I’ve shot 25, 30 (scenes), maybe more,” she says. “I was just working in Vegas for three weeks, and L.A. for three weeks.” She also did some shoots in Miami, according to her agent.
“She’s been coming to L.A. and she’s been hooked up quite a bit,” Morgia says. “She’s in demand.” But Morgia also says he does not know why most of her scenes remain awaiting release, but expects they will start coming out “in the next week or two.”
Youngs, according to her agent, has worked for Hustler, Naughty America, Porn Pros, Erotic X — and many others, already. “To name them all off the top of my head in kind of impossible,” Morgia says.
At that time, fans will finally be introduced to the performer who Morgia calls “very sexually confident in who she is. You can see that in her public profile, even on her Twitter. She’s one of those girls who’s out there, and doesn’t care. She does what she wants to do.”
