LOS ANGELES—A former French adult performer is the latest person caught in the crossfire of a long-standing beef between rappers Drake and Pusha T.
Sophie B., a painter who refers to herself as a retired vixen who performed under the name Rosee Divine, has been the subject of much interest in the rap world the past several days, after Pusha T’s diss track “The Story of Adidon” claims Drake fathered Sophie B.'s son.
Pusha T raps “You are hiding a child”—rumors have swirled around Drake for more than a year that he fathered a child but ignores his alleged offspring—and adds, “Adonis is your son / And he deserves more than an Adidas press run, that’s real.” He names Sophie B. in the track, with the lyrics, “Sophie knows better, ask your baby mother / Clean her up for IG but the stench is on her,” and continues with “Love that baby, respect that girl / Forget she’s a porn star, let her be your world.”
Sophie B. and Drake were considered an item when they were seen having dinner together in January 2017. Sophie told TMZ that May she was pregnant with Drake’s child, a claim he denied. She gave birth to a son on Oct. 24, 2017—Drake birthday—in France.
It’s not clear when Rosee Divine’s career in adult took place, as there are no listings for her on the Internet Adult Film Database. A Twitter account for Rosee Divine hasn’t been active since late last year, and only featured 37 tweets since December 2014, when the account was activated.
She has not commented publicly on the Pusha T track, and Drake has yet to respond with a statement or another diss track in the rap fued.
