WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.—Flirt4Free’s fan-voted Flirty Awards honoring cam models returns this month with bigger prizes for participants.
This year, the event will feature 12 categories meant to celebrate cam models’ most enticing assets. Flirty categories cover everything from Best Flirt Asses to displays of cam talent like Best Flirt Dancer, to true live cam originality as the Most Creative Flirt. Voting begins at midnight (EDT) on Monday, Sept. 14.
The top three male and top three female nominees in each category will win $500, $250 and $100 when the contest ends on Sept. 27, depending on where they place. The prizes are an upgrade from a $250/$150/$100 split in 2019. Winners will also receive badges such as “Best in Flirty Category” to display on a winning model’s profile picture through the end of the year. Winners will also be awarded additional multiplier days to help their rank up during Flirt of the Year 2020, the site’s year-end contests.
Flirty voting will take place when a model is live and in chat only and votes cannot be purchased. Members of the network can vote for as many models as they please in up to three categories, once per day. That means fans can return to give their Flirts-of-choice a boost in the standings on every day of the contest.
“Last year, the inaugural Flirty Awards proved to be a hit with our broadcasters and their fans,” said Jamie Rodriguez, Flirt4Free’s director of product. “Members rallied around their models, logging in over and over to let the camming world know what’s special about their favorite performers. And to say the contest awakens the competitive spirit in our performers is a huge understatement.”
Week two of the contest will also kick off with a themed three-day Auto-Win. Qualified models who earn at least 25,000 credits between Sept. 21 and 23 will automatically earn a $250 bonus. Models who hit the 50,000-credit mark in that timeframe will receive $500. That’s in addition to any potential Flirty Awards prize. “The Flirty Awards are the ultimate way for models to show off just how engaged their viewers can be,” Rodriguez said. “And for fans, it’s a great way to shine a light on what they love most about the Flirts who have captured their hearts.”
