BARCELONA – Director and Evil Angel owner John Stagliano’s Fashionistas Safado: The Challenge took the coveted Best Film honors at the NINFA awards, during this past weekend’s Barcelona International Erotic Film Festival (FICEB) in Spain. The event was attended by an international crowd of porn performers, directors and fans.
Fashionistas Safado: The Challenge also nabbed trophies for Best Actor (Rocco Siffredi), Most Original Sex Sequence for the 12-person group scene, and Best Costume Design (John Stagliano and Marquis). The movie was nominated in a total of 7 categories, including Best Director and Best Production Design.
Director Gazzman's gonzo offering Backstage (Harmony Films) won the Best 100% Sex Movie award, in a category which 4 of the 5 nominees were Evil Angel productions. Harmony Films was also awarded Best Cover for Young Harlots: The Governess.
Rebeca Linares received the award for Best Actress in Belladonna’s IodineGirl and Misión Transsexual from Nacho Vidal was judged as the Best Transsexual Film.
Belladonna was present at the ceremony to receive the Jury’s Special Award for her work as both a director and performer. Evil Angel directors Rocco Siffredi and Nacho Vidal were also in attendance.
