'Event' Feature 'The Condemned' on the Way From Vivid

LOS ANGELES—Director B. Skow's first "big event" movie for Vivid Entertainment, The Condemned, is headed to adult retail outlets, set to hit shelves and online stores this Monday, Sept. 27.

Called an "electrifying powerhouse" by AVN magazine in its current "Fall Preview" issue, The Condemned was written by AVN Award winner David Stanley and stars Vivid Girls Nikki Jayne and Meggan Mallone, along with a litany of other A-list performers, including Kimberly Kane, Faye Reagan, Tory Lane and reigning AVN Best New Starlet Kagney Linn Karter.

"The Condemned looks and feels like the best of mainstream independent films," AVN founder Paul Fishbein said in his AAAAA review of the movie—AVN's highest rating. "Not only is this one of the best adult titles of 2010, but it's a modern classic that should stand the test of time."

The story follows Jayne's character, Jesse, as she is kidnapped and indoctrinated into a group of female vigilantes who exact brutal revenge against men who've victimized women. Fishbein described the movie as boasting "incredible sex, career-topping acting performances, production values that rival mainstream Hollywood, and realistic violence that punctuates the textured and compelling storyline."

Filling out the cast of The Condemned are: Vanessa Leon, Krissy Lynn, Ben English, Mr. Pete, Anthony Rosano, Billy Glide, James Deen, Marco Banderas, Jerry, Mr. Marcus and Randy Spears.
