The owner of MFXVideo Group, a company that produces content for several fetish-oriented adult websites, has been arrested on charges of conspiracy to distribute obscene material, including bukkake content, in the U.S.
According to The Smoking Gun, Danilo Simoes Croce, 42, whose sites include DragonFilms.com.br, MFXVideo.com, VomitBrazil.com, and ScatDomination.com, among others, was arrested Sept. 6 in Florida.
According to papers filed in a U.S. district court, federal officials have targeted Dragon Films for more than three years and used undercover identities to purchase content from the various websites as part of their investigation. Court documents allege Croce offered “obscene videos for download or delivery in the U.S. The videos depicted bukkake, fisting, and depictions of defecation, urination, and vomiting in conjunction with sex acts.”
The papers go on to describe in lurid detail content featured in Dragon Film titles Toilet Man 6 and Bukkake 3, which were reviewed by postal worker Linda Walker.
Though many in the industry have worried that content depicting water sports, bondage and sadomasochism, and scat are more apt to be prosecuted in obscenity cases, Croce’s arrest marks what is apparently the first time an adult producer has been charged with obscenity for producing bukkake content.
If convicted, Croce faces a penalty of up to five years in prison and a $150,000 fine.
