Devinn Lane Seeks Pledges for AIDS Walk Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES – Starlet-turned-director Devinn Lane is seeking pledges from the adult industry for her upcoming participation in the AIDS Walk Los Angeles (AWLA).

“This is my first time participating in the event, and I’m really excited,” Lane told AVN. “It’s a really great cause.”

Lane said her goal for the fundraiser is $1,000.

The event, which is set for Oct. 21, is held annually in downtown Los Angeles. The money raised by AWLA benefits AIDS Project Los Angeles and other AIDS service organizations across Los Angeles County. AIDS Project Los Angeles, one of the largest non-profit AIDS service organizations in the United States, provides direct services, prevention education and leadership on HIV/AIDS-related policy and legislation.

Last year, the event raised a record $3.7 million for the cause.
