Gay Video-on-Demand provider NakedSword.com has unveiled a joint venture with Jenna Jameson’s Club Jenna: a straight-friendly gay VoD site called Club Thrust. The site is housed under the NakedSword affiliate program, NakedDollars.com.
“Club Jenna has always had a large amount of gay traffic,” says Chandie Foster, director of webmaster relations for Club Jenna, “and we wanted a better way to convert it. We partnered with NakedSword.com to create a high-end gay site hosted by Jenna Jameson. The response to Club Thrust has been overwhelming.”
Club Thrust aims to convert the gay traffic available to straight webmasters. Club Thrust banners are nonexplicit and designed to fit with the tone and style of straight sites. The site itself is heavily branded with Jenna Jameson and includes a sampling of her videos and advice interspersed among gay adult videos from studios like Falcon, Hot House, Titan, Colt, and Raging Stallion.
Holly Ruprecht, director of affiliate partnerships at NakedSword.com, says Club Thrust is just the beginning of NakedSword’s relationship with Club Jenna.
“There was an immediate synergy between the two companies,” says Ruprecht. “In addition to being the flagship brands in our respective sides of the industry, we’re both interested in moving beyond traditional categories and expanding the adult market.”
Club Thrust features $25-per-sign-up affiliate payouts on memberships and a 25-percent revshare on VoD purchases.
