CineKink Kinky Film Festival Seeks Submissions for 2019 Season

NEW YORK CITY—CineKink, best known as "the kinky film festival," is seeking video, film and digital entries for its 2019 season that celebrate and explore a wide diversity of sexuality.

Dedicated to the recognition and encouragement of sex-positive and kink-friendly depictions in film and television, CineKink is looking to blur boundaries and will be considering offerings drawn from both the mainstream film world and the adult, with categories ranging from documentary to drama, camp comedy to artsy experimental, mildly spicy to quite explicit, and everything in between.

Scheduled for its 16th annual opening in March, 2019, the specially-curated CineKink NYC will feature a short film competition, audience choice awards, a "Bring It!" adult entertainment showcase/contest, a gala kick-off event and a sexy closing-night party. A national tour will follow, showcasing favorites from the NYC festival selections.

Cutting across orientations, topics covered at CineKink have included (but are by no means limited to) BDSM, leather and fetish, swinging, non-monogamy and polyamory, roleplay and gender bending, sex work and sex geekery. Films, videos and original digital series, of any length and genre, are welcome for submission.

Discounted "early-bird" entries have a postmarked deadline of October 19, while the "regular" deadline is November 9 and the "late" deadline is November 30, with submission fees increasing at each tier. An "extended deadline" runs until December 21 for works submitted via FilmFreeway or Withoutabox only.
