Epoch Transaction Services, a leading third-party processor for the Adult online community, has announced that, effective immediately, Chairman and CEO Chris Mallick is no longer with the company.
The surprise announcement, which was made in an email sent late Wednesday afternoon, contained no explanation for Mallick's abrupt departure after so many years, and sources within Epoch told AVNOnline.com that no further elaboration would be immediately forthcoming.
The announcement reads, in part:
"The team at Paycom (Epoch) has made some recent changes in its management. Christopher Mallick has departed Paycom.net/Epoch and is no longer its CEO. Paycom will be managed by its founders - Clay Andrews, the President, and Joel Hall, the Manager and Chief Technology Officer - along with Esther Martinez, who has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer."
The statement also included assurances that business will continue as usual at Epoch, and that the Adult Webmaster community can expect to see new features, increased technical staff and expansion into the European Union by Epoch/Paycom in 2005.
