LOS ANGELES—A celebration of life for Robert “Payaso” Mora will be held this Saturday, Oct. 19, in Los Angeles.
Friends are invited to Pan Pacific Park at 7600 Beverly Blvd. in LA from noon to 5 p.m. for a barbecue and day of remembrance for the beloved industry veteran who passed away on Aug. 30 from cancer.
Guests may bring coolers, refreshments and anything they would like to grill. There will be t-shirts and other memorabilia marking the occasion as well as personal effects for Robert’s friends given out earlier in the day. A eulogy will begin at 3.
Following the gathering at Pan Pacific Park friends also are invited to The Three Clubs (aka The 3 of Clubs) at 1123 Vine St. from 6 to 10 p.m.
Rico Boss Hooligan Sound System & DJ Marv Mack will be spinning Payaso’s personal record collection at the club, while a slide show honoring him will be screening in the background.
