Bustin' Bunz: Producer Popped For Lack Of Permit

WEST HILLS, Calif. Veteran porn shooter Sandy Bunz had an encounter with law enforcement yesterday that resulted in a citation for shooting without a permit. The incident was quiet and took place in West Hills.

Bunz told AVN.com, "I was shooting a scene out in a backyard in West Hills. It was a still photo shoot. We were shooting a girl named Paradise and another one named Morgan Raines."

According to his story, the police arrived soon after the shoot began. "A guy named Charlie Biggs who was helping on the shoot told me that he heard something at the front door, that there was someone knocking there. I went and told the owner of the house that there was somebody at the door. He asked through the door, 'Who is it?' They identified themselves as police."

Bunz says that the incident was low-key. "The police came in through the side gate and gave me a citation," he said matter-of-factly. "They cited me for shooting without a permit. I have no idea how they even knew I was shooting. I wasn't arrested. They just issued a citation."

As to the outcome of the citation, Bunz is uncertain, but cautiously optimistic. "I don't know what the penalty will be," he said. "It's a misdemeanor, not a felony. I'd be worried if it were a felony. I have to go to court in April and do whatever. It wasn't what I thought I'd be doing when I woke up that morning."

Oh, and his shoot? Forget about it. As Bunz noted, "After the police issued the citation, the models didn't want to continue and the shoot was over."
