VAN NUYS, Calif.—Within just three weeks of being posted online at BodyHeatXXX.com, the trailer to Digital Playground’s big fall movie already has garnered more than 1 million views.
Additionally, a record number of users have downloaded the trailer for Body Heat on their iPhones and iPads.
BodyHeatXXX.com allows users to watch the trailer, download wallpapers and photos, view the latest news on the movie and buy it.
Digital Playground also reports that Body Heat pre-orders have exceeded expectations by 138 percent, causing the company to order a second pressing of the title before it even streets. To date, sales numbers for the movie have surpassed its bestselling titles Fly Girls, Teachers, Babysitters, Cheerleaders and Nurses.
"Body Heat has such broad appeal,” Digital Playground founder and director Joone said. "Movies like this in the adult industry have never been done before now."
The Robby D.-directed Body Heat streets Sept. 21, and features the first scene between Jesse Jane and Kayden Kross. The pair is joined Digital Playground contract stars Raven Alexis, Riley Steele and Katsuni for an orgy atop a fire truck to cap the action.
