Black Market Partners with Hush Hush to Launch Websites

CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Black Market Entertainment has launched branded websites for its DVD lines through a 50/50 partnership with, the webmaster affiliate program of Hush Hush Entertainment.

"I needed a home for my content on the web, and I talked to several people that were into that market," Black Market head James Melendy told AVN. "In this industry, your content is your gold. You have to have it to be successful on the Net. A good friend of mine, Megan Stokes from Shane's World, does very, very well on the net, and she put me in contact with Hush Hush. We have five sites launched already, and we're working on five to ten more. For me, the choice to go with Hush Hush was simple; they're great at what they do, and they have the kind of traffic to really maximize the dollar."

Designed by the in-house team at Hush Hush, the sites will be updated every 11 days. He plans to offer subscribers exclusive web content in addition to Black Market's existing DVD series. "I have to thank the entire team at Hush Hush for their great work building the sites," he said. "They're all really great people, and I'm very thankful to have HushMoney as a partner."
