Behind the Curtain at the F.A.M.E. Awards

LOS ANGELES — Fans cheered on their favorite stars Saturday night at the 3rd annual F.A.M.E. Awards, presented on the main stage of Erotica LA at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Hosted by Jesse Jane and Randy Spears, the ceremony was fluid and entertaining. Show presenters were well rehearsed and the evening's big winners delivered enthusiastic acceptance speeches with all the cool and grace they could muster. Backstage, however, was a different story. Euphoria ran amok at every turn as winners recovered from the shock of victory. Nicki Hunter, who hosted behind-the-scene coverage for, the award show's exclusive broadcaster partner, summed up the vibe by declaring, "We're all actually a little goofy back here. It's so much fun! I'll take goofy to boring any day."

Adam & Eve contract girl Bree Olson continued to shake nervously just moments after being named Favorite Female Rookie on stage. The honor comes on the heels of Olson's Best New Starlet wins at this year's AVN and XRCO awards. The 21-year-old Fort Wayne, Indiana native was visually elated. "I just continue to feel so appreciative," Olson enthused. "It is such an honor and such a great year. I'm so grateful to all my fans. If I could suck all their cocks to thank them right now, I totally would."

Longtime fan favorite Jenna Haze is no stranger to cock-sucking. The petite stunner holds numerous awards for her pole-smoking virtuosity. But, last night, Haze proved to be more than just a pretty mouth. "I won Best Anal Starlet," she shouted proudly. "It's my first anal award, dammit! I do anal once a week on camera and I finally won!"

Haze said she felt inspired by the win and had a message for her fans: "Keep watching me take those huge cocks in my tiny little ass and I'll keep doing it! I love it!"

Karen Stagliano picked up Evil Angel's award for Favorite Studio on stage with Belladonna. The victory came as a surprise to Karen, who remarked to AVN backstage, "Seriously, I didn't expect this at all. Jules Jordan has won it every year. I was like ‘It's cool; Jules is gonna get it again.' When they called Evil Angel, I had to grab Belladonna's hand to come with me because I didn't know what to say!"

Karen marveled at the amount of support and love fans have bestowed on Evil Angel and its proprietor, John Stagliano. "Aside from a banner on MySpace, we didn't really campaign for anything. It's like ‘wow.' We have a lot of fans. I'm very happy."

Evan Stone was genuinely surprised to be named Favorite Male Star, despite having won the honor last year. "It was really a shocker. I didn't think I'd win again ever," an exhilarated Stone admitted. "People are like, ‘You're gonna win, you're gonna win,' but I didn't think so. Then the show announced I won and I went up there and they gave me this award ... so I guess I won! It's really an amazing thing."

Tera Patrick was named Favorite Female Starlet for a second consecutive year and took home Best Gonzo Movie honors for the Teravision title InTERActive. "This is my sixth year at LA Erotica and I'm really happy to be here," declared Patrick, whose upcoming project, Tera Goes Gonzo, promises to take the exotic beauty back to her hardcore roots. "I'm honored to have won Favorite Female again. I'm also thrilled that we won an award for InTERActive because we put our heart and soul and vaginas and everything into that movie! I'm a lucky gal."
