HOLLYWOOD - Bad Seed Productions took over a sprawling studio in the center of Hollywood on Friday night to drink to the release of Carlos Batts' Voluptuous Life.
April Flores, aka Fatty Delicious, stars in the new production from Adam & Eve's growing Bad Seed division. The video follows Flores across the country in search of sexual adventure and underground art all captured through the eyes of Batts, an acclaimed photographer who recently transitioned to director. Popular starlet Kimberly Kane joins Flores in exploring the Voluptuous Life, in addition to co-stars Cherry, EK, Freeda and Peppermint Fatty.
Dozens of industry professionals came out Friday to enjoy the open bar and hip-hop music courtesy of DJ Jazzo and Matter. The party went off in two rooms, one of which was set up like an art gallery with several large still photos from the production on display while a sexy trailer from the movie played on plasma screens. The friendly bartender Sean B, the deejay and the step-and-repeat wall kept the atmosphere in the second room just as lively, as porn talent and executives partied well past midnight. The real-life couple Flores and Batts greeted guests in between photo-ops, and Batts revealed plans for his second Bad Seed release, Young Hollywood, in early 2008.
Adam & Eve executives Bob Christian and Peter Reynolds were spotted, as were Wit Maverick and publicist Brian Gross. Ashley Blue and Dave Naz made the rounds, as well as adult personalities such as Jeff Mullen, Scott David, Dan Silver, Jax and Shari. Meanwhile, other party-goers included Kimberly Kane, Scarlett Von Cutter, Laurie Pleasure, Victoria Sin, Masuimi Max, Lucy Suicide and Benny Profane, among many more.
