CYBERSPACE—AVN Hall of Fame director Axel Braun appears Saturday morning on the Australian pop culture podcast "The Full Aussie." Described as a program dedicated to the love of "pop culture, video games, comics, anime and more," the show will be livestreamed via YouTube at 8:15 a.m. PT.
"These guys are literally my audience," Braun said. "I love interacting with fans, and I'm totally looking forward to geeking out with this fine group of awesome dudes from Down Under!"
When the trailer for Braun's Wicked Comix epic Captain Marvel XXX: An Axel Braun Parody debuted on YouTube last fall, fans quickly responded with unprecedented excitement, praising the SFW video’s production values and costumes, Braun’s stunning visuals and, especially, Kenzie Taylor’s AVN Award-nominated portrayal of Carol Danvers. The movie went on to become a commercial and critical blockbuster, picking up five major wins at the 2020 AVN Awards, including Best Parody.
