Ashley Dupre Sues 'Girls Gone Wild' For $10 Million

MIAMI - Spitzer call girl Ashley Dupre has filed a $10 million lawsuit against 'Girls Gone Wild' for exploiting her name and likeness without her consent.

According to the New York Post, Dupre claims in the lawsuit that she was 17 years old when she was photographed by 'Girls Gone Wild' and that she never gave permission for the company to use the images. The lawsuit was filed Monday in Miami federal court.

'GGW' founder Joe Francis publicly offered Dupre $1 million to promote 'Girls Gone Wild' events in the wake of the Spitzer scandal, but withdrew the offer when he found that the company already had footage of the now-infamous hooker on file.

"We were very surprised and in fact amazed today that Ms. Dupré filed a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild," GGW founder Joe Francis said in a statement to the press. "We have not publicly released any new video of Ms. Dupré, due to corporate policy of not using footage of individuals younger than 18. It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupré could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification."

Francis expects to prevail in court.

"She's seeking $10 million for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including two newspapers and multiple crews we had in the room," Francis said. "These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact. We expect to triumph in this matter and continue to offer the best and hottest girls."

'Girls Gone Wild' plans to post video footage online of Dupre giving permission for use of her likeness.
