CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Curvaceous A-list performer A.J. Applegate is the latest ArchAngel contract star to receive her own showcase. The adult studio's reigning Booty Queen holds court with an assortment of adult stars in AJ’s Angels. In addition to appearing in every scene, the bubble-butted blonde also co-directs the girl/girl feature with ArchAngel's MimeFreak.
AJ’s Angels opens with a hot three-way scene with featuring Applegate with blonde Kenzie Taylor and redhead Karlie Montana. In the three other scenes, Applegate is matched with Elsa Jean, Jenna Sativa and Abigail Mac.
"When I got the call from MimeFreak that they wanted to do an all-girl showcase with me, I was so excited,” Applegate said. “A lot of my fans tell me that they think my girl/girl work is so underrated, so this was the perfect opportunity to put my love for girls out there! Then, to top it all off, MimeFreak tells me that I get to co-direct!"
A multiple AVN Award nominee, including nods for Female Performer of the Year, Applegate has adeptly demonstrated her skills in front of the camera, so working on the other side of the camera is a nice change of pace. "It’s so amazing to see my ideas and visions come to life," Applegate said. "I even got to work the camera on the other ladies’ teases! This really showed me the passion I have for my job, and how badly I want to direct more in the future. AJ’s Angels truly has something for everyone to enjoy. I'm so thankful to MimeFreak and ArchAngel for giving me this wonderful opportunity and being so supportive of me this year. MimeFreak was so patient with me throughout the making of this whole movie. I truly feel blessed to be part of such an amazing fam."
“We decided to do something different with our girl/girl feature this year—it featured our current Booty Queen, but we also wanted to give her the chance to direct,” said MimeFreak, who also serves as ArchAngel's general manager. “A.J. has done an amazing job as the Booty Queen over the last year, and I was even more impressed with not only her performances in this DVD, but also the vision she brought to co-directing. The fans are really going to love this movie!”
