LOS ANGELES — Angela White reveals the decision to sign with Brazzers was one of the easiest ones she has made in her AVN Hall of Fame career.
“It just ended up being an obvious one,” White admits. “Brazzers and I had been having discussions about going exclusive for a while and I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Their scenes are always fun and have always resonated with my fans.”
It turns out the winningest female performer in AVN Awards history received an offer she couldn’t refuse when the heavyweight porn studio came calling.
The Australian superstar—who has 800 performing credits, including 44 for Brazzers—explains the deal centered around two key elements:
“To continue to deliver the content that I love to shoot and to push myself to the next level,” White says.
Consider it done.
“Brazzers was totally on board with that,” she adds. “And Brazzers themselves are trying to take their scenes to the next level, so it was just a perfect combination.”
White plans to go in-depth about that combo in an “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) session for Brazzers scheduled for 7 p.m. PST on Tuesday, October 19 that will be streamed live on Pornhub.
The ZZ agreement marks the latest achievement for the native of Sydney in a career in which she has not only established herself as a world-class performer in hundreds of sex scenes, but also produced and directed for her production company AGW Entertainment, headlined seven star showcases and won a record 47 AVN Awards.
The ambitious Spiegler Girl wanted to make a statement with her debut scene as a Brazzers contract girl, so she decided to take on five of the top porn studs in the world—all at the same time.
Her hand-picked guys for the scene titled "Take Control"—which will be unveiled today—included Mick Blue, Isiah Maxwell, John Strong, Zac Wild and Oliver Flynn.
“I wanted my debut scene to be huge and what bigger scene to do than a gangbang?” White reasoned.
“And this gangbang was absolutely incredible.”
She wasn’t kidding.
White completed extended rounds of double anal, double vaginal and triple penetration in a “super high-energy” ball-drainer that she describes as “one of the best” scenes of her career.
“It was very much how I love to do my gangbangs—gonzo-style, straight to the hardcore,” White tells AVN. “And I did have control over the casting. I’m really happy that the Brazzers team allowed me to pick my men. It was a really empowering scene as well.
“During the course of the discussion and collaboration with the Brazzers team I told them I really love hardcore gonzo sex like anal, DP, blowbangs and gangbangs. I love scenes that may traditionally be seen by some as ‘degrading’ to women.
“Everyone thinks I’m getting gangbanged—like it’s 5-on-1—but really, it’s 1-on-5… I’m fucking five men, it’s not five men gangbanging me.
“And Brazzers is totally on board with creating storylines and scenarios that really empower me as the female talent in the scene.”
In the scenario that was directed by the sharpshooting Lea Lexis, White plays a “high-flying billionaire” who has five gentlemen at her beck and call.
“They’re my fuck boys—men that just cater to me and my pleasure and do whatever I please,” White says with a laugh. “It was a fun little intro to shoot—these men with their shirts off and their chiseled bodies, washing my car…”
Angela says it was the first scene she performed under the direction of the versatile Romanian Lea Lexis, a creative force in the Brazzers camp who has called the shots on several projects in the past two years.
White worked closely with Lexis on a Brazzers collaboration for 2020 New York Fashion Week, but this marked the first time she helmed one of White’s scenes.
“Lea very much allowed me to take control of the scene and do what I wanted,” Angela says. “She basically empowered me to fuck how I wanted to fuck and created the kind of environment that allowed me to shine as a performer.
“We shot it in Malibu at this big mansion overlooking the water—the views were absolutely breathtaking.”
Lexis tells AVN, “We absolutely love working with Angela.”
“I mentioned to her also that I respect her body of work in the industry,” Lexis says. “It’s a pleasurable experience to collaborate with her. I trust her ideas and her vision and I have confidence that whatever we discuss and whatever we plan on doing she puts her heart and soul into it. It is never really a question of, is it going to come out alright?
“I have a deep level of respect and trust working with her.”
Lea says creating alongside Angela inspired everyone to be at their best.
“We went above and beyond for this scene because Angela has shot some great projects for her entire career and we just wanted to bring it up to another level,” Lea adds.
She notes they were able to secure use of a private road in the mountains of Malibu, Calif., where they captured various exteriors with a red Ferrari convertible.
“We did put emphasis on production value a little bit more,” Lexis adds. “We wanted to give her the right showcase for her debut scene.”
When it came to selecting the male talent, she trusted White.
“This was collaborative with her,” Lexis says. “We pulled lists together and discussed pairings. Every single one of the performers is absolutely at the top in the industry and we wanted to give her the ability to kind of let go and be surrounded by some of the best performers out there.”
A 15-year industry veteran, Lexis has done everything from makeup to costumes to production managing and directing—bringing numerous creative concepts to fruition for Brazzers in recent years.
“I’m just really grateful to Brazzers for the opportunity to apply all these things that I enjoy doing,” Lexis says. “And I’m grateful they trust me that I could deliver the project.”
White, who claimed three consecutive AVN Female Performer of the Year trophies from 2018-20, says she went into the gangbang intending to do double-anal and double-vag sequences.
“I really wanted to make this a high-impact gangbang,” she says. “I haven’t done a gangbang on Brazzers yet. I’ve done everything else like anal, threesomes and DP’s, but I’ve never shot a gangbang. So for my debut scene and to announce such a big contract I wanted to just showcase my skills.”
White continues, “I think saying it’s a culmination of where I’m at as a performer and a culmination of where I’m at in my career would be pretty accurate.
“At this point in my career I’m confident in my abilities as a performer. I really do love to still push my limits with double anal, double vag and triple penetration. Those are still challenging acts to do. I’m not resting on my laurels… I want to deliver something spectacular.”
White also teased an upcoming oil-themed, double-penetration scene with Mick Blue and Zac Wild that was directed by Billy Visual.
“That DP was so high energy—it really was wild,” White recalls. “I love after all these years to still be able to finish a scene and say, ‘Wow, that was crazy!’ Everybody brought it. The energy was insane, the chemistry was insane—it was just mind blowing.”
White calls Mick Blue and Zac Wild “consummate professionals,” adding “they are great together.”
“They are both able to fuck hard and also able to execute the positions. Because with a DP, it’s not just about keeping hard and fucking hard, it’s also that you have to do it in a way to show off the female talent and to show the penetration. Especially when it’s an oil DP, it’s very slippery handling the woman in that type of scene and it’s much more difficult. But both are very capable and excel at it.”
White explains she was impressed with the preparation and attention to detail of the Brazzers executive team going back to their first meeting about entering into an exclusive arrangement.
“Literally every detail has been collaborative,” according to White.
Ryan Hogan, product director for Brazzers, tells AVN the move to secure Angela’s services was all about “the timing.”
“We have worked with Angela for a long time and she has always been close with Brazzers,” Hogan explains. “We already knew the kind of energy and stardom she carries with her.
“It just seemed like the right time to approach her to sign exclusively. We are each at a point where this type of partnership will bring things to the next level.”
Hogan continues, “Angela has so much experience and insight to offer and we want to work alongside her to create amazing content for our fans. It takes a lot of time, energy and enthusiasm to ensure the right quality behind putting together amazing scenes.”
Not unlike when a high-profile professional athlete is being courted, Brazzers presented White with a “pitch deck” during their initial meeting that set the tone for the negotiations.
“From the very beginning they said we want your input and we want to know what kind of scenes you want to shoot, which is absolutely important for me,” Angela says.
“They asked me what kind of wardrobe I like to wear that I look my best in and feel my best in. When we first started these Zoom meetings they came to me with this PDF of looks and ideas they came up with from doing their own analytics. The amount of work they did was very impressive.”
Among the specific questions that Brazzers addressed with White were what kind of fabrics she likes to wear, the cut she prefers, her ideal wardrobe color palette and the type of hairstyles she would want in her scenes.
“I wasn’t expecting it to be so detailed,” White confesses. “I knew they would be putting a lot effort into the creative concepts because they always put quite a lot of effort into their scripts and their wardrobe. But they really blew me away with the level of detail.”
She adds, “It’s certainly an honor to be a Brazzers exclusive contract star. I never would’ve imagined when I started my career that I would be signing a contract for the biggest porn company in the world.
“I’m very grateful for all the opportunities and all the people who have helped me get to this point in my career—all the directors, all the performers who have helped bring the best out of me as talent and who have taught me things along the way, who have taught me to be a better director myself.
“It’s been an incredible journey and I’m eternally grateful.”
