LOS ANGELES - Adultcon has established the "Angel of the Month" award for porn stars who have helped promote the consumer expo.
"Each month we select girls to recognize as outstanding Adultcon supporters in a variety of ways," said an event spokesperson, "such as exhibiting at or spreading the word about Adultcon."
Adultcon named Cleopatra of the Nile its first Angel in November 2007. Cleopatra has attended every Adultcon since the first show in September 2001.
"I have come a long way in this business, and in a decade of history as Cleopatra of the Nile, one of my most memorable experiences has been as one of the adult stars of the Adultcon convention," said the entertainer. "I have been here from the very beginning, and with my own eyes, I have watched it grow from an idea into a powerhouse of success, and it feels euphoric to share in such an enlightening journey. This convention has given a new identity to the stars of this industry."
Each month, the Adultcon Angels will be given their own separate pages on the Adultcon website.

Adultcon 14 will be held April 25-27, 2008 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Angels for December 2007 are Lori Lust and Linda Stein.
