Devil’s Film won the Empire Award for Best Compilation DVD Studio, and Digital Playground took the Best Overall DVD Studio Award.

“Although Pirates and Devil in Miss Jones were the two big winners this year, we also had a few studios getting Empire Awards that had never won before,” says Shannon Nutt, editorial director for Adult DVD Empire. “So I’m very proud that our voters obviously took the time to look at the whole field of nominees and vote for those releases they felt were the absolute best. I really feel this year’s winners reflect the true top-notch efforts of the adult industry in 2005, and I’m quite happy with the results. All of this year’s winners are deserving.”
