Adam & Eve Pictures opens its California warehouse, its first on the West Coast, on Tuesday, March 27.
The facility, at 9445 De Soto Avenue, Chatsworth, will be open for will-calls and limited local shipping, according to Peter Reynolds, vice-president of sales and marketing.
Adam & Eve opened its West Coast sales and production offices in July, 2006, but continued to rely exclusively on shipping from the mail order giant's home facility in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
"This is just a baby step," Reynolds told AVN.com. "We have a world-class shipping operation back East. This one is essentially for locals, so they won't have to wait too long for the product."
The Chatsworth warehouse, Reynolds added, is "another step forward for Adam & Eve in building a solid California presence."
