ZANE GOES TO THE BALL

On Saturday, October 23rd, Zane Entertainment Group will exhibit at the Exotic Erotic Ball in San Francisco, and Matt Zane's Society 1 will be performing live with Shanna McCullough, Christi Lake, Chandler, Nina Whett, Brittany Andrews, Keri Windsor, Lee and Taylor St. Clair. Last year this event sold over 12,000 tickets and this year the sponsors expect over 15,000 attendees.

The event, www.exoticeroticball.com, billed as the world's wildest party, is being held at The Cow Palace from 8 pm to 2 am. Dennis Rodman heads the celebrity guest list with Nina Hartley and "twisted magician" Paul Nathan doing the M.C. work. San Francisco mayor, Willie Brown, has even declared the day Exotic Erotic Ball Day in San Francisco.

Besides Society 1, other musical entertainment includes Motorhead, Genitorturers, Creeper Lagoon, King Norris from the Howard Stern Show, Swarm, Lee Press On and the Nails, Bif Naked, and the Mitchell Brothers All Star Dancers.

The Exotic Erotic Ball was started 20 years ago as a fundraiser thrown by Perry Mann for perennial Nudist Candidate for President, Louis "Make love, not war" Abolafia, the coiner of the phrase. The first ever event was attended by 100 people, and, over, the years, has grown to a giant-sized party. Part Mardi Gras, part Burlesque, part rock concert, the ball, as Mann calls it, is "an erotic Cirque du Soleil" - a nos-stop entertainment extravaganza. This year also marks the return of the World's Largest Fetish Hall - 50,000 sq. feet featuring B&D Demonstrations, fetish fashions, erotic shopping, latex body painting, free floggings and tribal dances.

This year the Exotic Erotic Ball Celebration will also be bringing together the old and new of the adult film business. Marilyn Chambers will be making a guest appearance and will be accompanied by the Mitchell Brothers' All Star Dancers. Coincidentally, the Mitchell's O'Farrell Theatre is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

Hustler which is celebrating its 25th Anniversary will product the live cybercast.

A 20th Anniversay coffee table book will be released this fall as well as a commemorative video and CD of the event. A movie is also in the works. The book, being released by Spi Books, is titled "The Exotic Erotic Ball" 20 Years of the World's Biggest Sexiest Party. The author is Perry Mann, and the Forward is by Dennis Rodman. Rodman calls the ball, "The Superbowl of Parties". The CD is comprised of songs written by Mann, Eric McMann and LZ Love, sung by LZ Love. The "Too Hot for TV" video offers some of the best visual moments from the party including interviews with Nina Hartley and Paul Nathan.
