Lee Noga unwrapped On the Ropes (www.ontheropes.com) 23 August, featuring multiple discussion categories with point-specific topics relating to each category. Noga expects the site to become the official Webmaster hangout for women who want to network with other women Webmasters.
"The days of trying to hold a multitude of topics in one posting board are over," says Noga. "It felt like 500 people trying to squeeze into a Volkswagen…(w)ith so many issues and changes occurring in e-commerce daily in the adult Webmaster community, we need to come together and place the issues up against the ropes."
On the Ropes features free voice mail to everyone joining the site, as well as main events being broadcast using a variety of voice technologies developed by Web Messaging Technologies. Main events, Noga says, will include both educational paid speakers and celebrity entertainment.
Noga founded Zmaster Productions in 1995. She has since sold the company and retired from content provision.
