Sex for Life Too features music that can't, uh, be beat. Watching porno to hear the soundtrack may not exactly be the same as buying Playboy to read the articles. But the times they are a-changin'.
The nice folks at Xplor Media have produced a video not only worth watching with the volume turned up, but also deserving of a separately released CD soundtrack, perhaps the first of its kind in XXX history. Sex for Life Too was directed by Xplor's grand master, former sex performer Farrell Timlake. The vid, a madcap mystery sci-fi romp, stars a bevy of premium porn divas, such as Silvia Saint and Shayla LaVeaux, and is filled with non-sex cameos by Trey Parker, Mike Simpson of the Dust Brothers, Kool Keith [a.k.a. Dr. Octagon], and pro snowboarder Tom Nordwall.
While the typical porno audio track consists of moans and grunts mixed with a lame-ass looped keyboard arrangement, Sex for Life Too is scored by a bevy of contemporary musicians, including Crash Worship, Kottonmouth Kings, NoFX, Sprung Monkey, and Lucy's Fur Coat. Timlake also hopes to segue SFLT into some sort of outdoor music festival. "It'll be like a sexual Lollapalooza," he says, "with sex performers, sex information, and, of course, all the bands from the soundtrack."
