Adult industry makeup artist Lillian Marquez will host the launch party for her exclusive cosmetics line, XXX Star Makeup, tonight in Glendale.
Marquez and 200-plus guests will celebrate the beginning of the new line at a red-carpet event at the Rusty Pelican Restaurant, which has been completely rented out for the special industry event. The party starts at 8:30 and goes until midnight.
“I’ve invited people I’ve been working with for years - owners and directors and talent,” Marquez told AVN.com. “The whole theme of the party is Hollywood movie star, with a red carpet and everyone dressing to impress.”
Marquez, a native of the Tri-Cities area of eastern Washington, has been doing makeup for 13 years, and working with adult film stars since 1994. Among her regular clients are Red Light District, Platinum X Pictures, Lethal Hardcore, Vivid Entertainment Group, VCA Pictures, Metro Studios, Sin City and Phase One Graphics, among numerous others.
Marquez said it has taken her a year and a half to get the XXX Star Makeup line designed and launched. Girls can purchase the products at her website, xxxstarmakeup.com or at various beauty supply stores in the area. Marquez will also have the new products available at the party.
