Adult DVD rental and sale site XRentDVD.com has expanded its shipping options to include 23 international destinations, the company announced.
Titles will be shipped internationally via postal airmail or global priority mail.
“Shipping internationally has been a long time coming,” said Chris Watanabe, owner and founder of XRentDVD.com. “We’ve received numerous requests inquiring about shipping outside of the United States. We have been test shipping Adult DVDs internationally since November and the response has been outstanding. We decided to go public with this new service and now the international Adult DVD consumer can choose from over 18,000 titles from XRentDVD.com.”
International customers have the option to receive their DVDs with or without the box. Orders placed without the box come with a protective sleeve and original cover art, reducing the weight of the package and the price of shipping.
XRentDVD.com is currently shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the British Virgin Islands.
The company is now looking to expand to other countries after the early success they’ve had shipping internationally.
“The testing period went well and we didn’t experience any logistical problems,” Watanabe said. “Our international shipping rates are extremely reasonable and I am confident consumers outside the U.S. will take full advantage of this opportunity.”
