For the first time around it was a solid effort.
XBiz put together what was a well-done networking event, beginning July 12 and wrapping on July 14, although some revelers stayed on through the weekend.
Largely, it was another networking show, centered around the pool at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, but it brought in anywhere from 300 to 500 people, depending on who you ask. Those who braved sweltering desert temperatures that regularly rose above 100 on the thermometer were treated to what has become the show requisite free brunches, free drinks and quite a bit of relaxation.
RageCash’s DJ Airek spun the event, warming up the turntables at 10 a.m. each morning and carrying through 5 p.m., when those who splashed around the pool or hung around the poolside cabanas for the day were escorted inside to the Hard Rock’s circle bar for a complimentary happy hour.
The evenings were filled with plenty of parties, including Cybersocket’s gay parties, National Net’s bash at Forty Deuce, Epoch’s poolside Caribbean Cool Down, D-Money’s Player’s VIP Party at Mandalay Bay’s Rain, Nakedsword and Falcon's Tuesday night pre-show party, the Danni.com 10-year celebration at Tao, Extreme Feeds shindig at Spanish Trails and the bowling alley party thrown by LatinCash.com, SideCash.com and EntertainmentCash.com.
ASACP also celebrated their 10-year anniversary at Friday’s farewell champagne brunch.
Much of the show’s success can be credited to main sponsors DHD Media, Xflix, PussyCash, and CapitalBucks.
