CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Wicked Pictures is gearing up to begin shooting its latest big-budget feature next week.
Titled Fallen, it's a described as being an "otherworldly" tale of a fallen angel wandering the earth and finding some herself in some seamy situations.
The star, jessica drake, described her role: "I play a character named Angel, and in the beginning of the movie I'm trying to rescue a girl in an elevator because I'm her guardian angel. She doesn't make it, so I'm banished to earth and my powers are taken away. It's sort of a story about how I'm trying to make my way through a world I don't really know."
Drake noted that this is not a sunny, feel-good movie. "Parts of it are pretty dark," she said. "My journey is definitely sexual in nature. There's a bit of a love story element in the movie."
Drake also noted that this is something she always wanted to do. "It's definitely a challenging role…We're going to shoot a big orgy because that's one of my favorite things! It's going to look super mainstream, but with a lot of sex."
Director Brad Armstrong has high hopes for his latest project. "This has the potential to be a big movie," he said. "It's got sort of Constantine meets City of Angels feel to it."
Of the movie's themes, Armstrong said, "It's the dark side of human nature. Jessica falls into the sexual and seedy side of the city. I didn't want to make this too mushy."
Armstrong promises that Fallen will be a sexually-charged epic. He explained, "A lot of times when you're making these bigger movies, you lose some of the sex…but I'm focusing on the sex. There's a lot of anal and DPs. Even Jessica does a DP."
Fallen, which will shoot over seven days stars, in addition to drake, Angie Savage, Shyla Stylez, Niko, Randy Spears, Barrett Blade, Eric Masterson, Tommy Gunn and Marcus London.
