Wicked Pictures is currently experiencing technical problems that have knocked out the phone, fax and internet lines for its entire production company headquarters.
Joy King, VP of special projects at Wicked, told AVN.com that the phone company was originally trying to troubleshoot some wire problems that have since grown into a situation where the company is not able to call, fax or e-mail from its corporate headquarters. “We haven’t been able to get orders from customers or communicate with them since Tuesday,” she said.
“We understand that this interruption in communication might be an inconvenience to our costumers, and we really appreciate their patience as this issue is resolved,” King added. “The phone company hasn’t given us a definite timeline as to when they’ll have the problem fixed, but they have said that their looking to have things remedied in a ‘timely manner.’”
“Basically, we just want to let everyone know that we’re still here, and we will resume communication once the problem is fixed.”
