Wicked Digs For Latina Gold On Mexico's Independence Day

As the traditional Mexican Independence Day, September 16th has come to represent a day when all things Latino are celebrated throughout the Western Hemisphere. So it's somehow fitting that Wicked Pictures chose this date to launch an ongoing search for a Hispanic spokesmodel to help brand the company to the Spanish-language community.

Partnering with Southern California talk-radio giants 97.1 KLSX, Wicked got the word out via a week of on-air solicitations encouraging Hispanic women everywhere to meet the Wicked crew at Camacho's Cantina in the City of Industry, where the company was sponsoring a live remote broadcast of the popular "Frosty, Heidi, and Frank" radio show.

Declaring the 16th "Mexican Skin-Dependence Day," Wicked and 97.1 decked the popular venue in traditional Mexican decor, although this was sometimes hard to see given the amount of signage both the radio station and the video company had on display.

With the main stage devoted to the remote broadcast, the adjacent VIP area became headquarters for Devinn Lane, Julia Ann, Jessica Drake, and Brad Armstrong, who spent their time between on-air interviews signing autographs, posing for photos with fans, and sharing industry advice with several lovely coffee-skinned ladies who expressed interest in entering the biz.

Although this was a search for new talent, one of the first surprises of the day came in the form of Jennifer Luv, a grinsome beauty whose adult video resume already includes a few Wicked appearances. The other models interested in being considered as a spokesmodel were complete newcomers, hailing from such disparate SoCal locales as Bell Gardens, Hacienda Heights, Colton, and Huntington Beach.

As the party heated up, the Wicked Girls took to the main stage as a team for a group interview, trading quips and barbs with the DJs while throwing autographed Wicked swag to a capacity audience. Speaking of autographs, the signing took an interesting turn when radio personality Heidi Hamilton responded to jessica's own requests for an autograph by signing both her tits and ass before the screaming crowd.

The live show came to a crescendo as the Wicked Girls were joined by KLSX's Leo "The Film Freak" Quinones to offer their professional critiques of the day's aspiring models as each of the sexy latinas took the stage. The Wicked Girls saved their highest praise for Yvette, a sweet-faced, charismatic brunette, and Shannon, a lithe black-haired beauty whose sultry voice had the crowd screaming for more.

Although the Latina Talent Search will be an ongoing event, all the women were offered the opportunity to appear in a future Wicked production.
