Where The Smear and the Antelope Play

At 5pm Wednesday evening a certain website writer called John T. Bone in what might be construed as an effort at conciliation. The brief conversation went as follows.

Bone: "Hi...how may I serve you?"

Writer: "Oh this is strictly off the record. This is totally off the record."

Bone: "... why would you be calling me?"

Writer: "I just felt the need to talk to you."

Bone: "Do me a favor..., next time you feel the need to talk to me, get over it."

Just, oh so coincidentally, the writer decided to feed the need of Kelly Jade to have more publicity. Jade, a Connecticut woman who's in no way connected with the adult business, and who's only claim to fame is luring celebrities into hotel rooms to compromise them on film, is claiming she saw Gene Ross take cash bribes and is willing to swear to it. Jade's now going so far to implicate Ross in the Jerry Springer scandal. Jade, in her interview, alludes to mythical dinner meetings, in which vast, complicated conspiracies were developed between Ross and John T. Bone, Jade, by her own admission, taking an integral part in the sordid affair. Jade, in the interview, also confesses to "blackmailing" Bone.

Ross, the reputed bag man for the missing $350,000 Springer caché that Jade refers to, is about to break down and confess his role in the Monica Lewinsky scandal. AP announces in a wire service story today that the Watergate investigation is about to be reopened thanks to newly uncovered evidence linking Gene Ross to the break-in of psychiatrist Daniel Ellsberg's office. Ross was seen having secret lunches with E. Howard Hunt and known members of the Gambino family at the time.

Ross' financial connections with the Duro2000 "scam" will break this morning.

Ross in a panic for his life, secretly called Bone Thursday morning. Their secret meeting, however, was scheduled for Friday when Ross could pick up his paycheck. Our sources got a hold of the phone tapes, in the meantime, and here's what the two Springer co-conspirators had to exchange.

Bone: "It's ludicrous. She [Jade] is going to bring me down. She sat in on all the private meetings. You [Ross] were a party to the Jerry Springer-thing. You knew everything but, AFTER the Jerry Springer-thing they sat down and did and interview with you where they told you everything. And you sat on it. It's unbelievably stupid. This is graffiti. This is taking a spray can, writing your name on a wall and then standing back with pride when everybody sees your name. This is trailer trash who is jumping on another opportunity to say, 'Hey, look, my name's on the Internet!' This is pathetically funny. Oh man."

Ross: "And your wife's got some kind of secret bank account."

Bone: "Isn't it amazing that for somebody who has absolutely no money, I'm surrounded by people who are taking tons of money away from me. My wife has a secret bank account. Oh man. Gabor, I took his money and never delivered movies to him. Josef gave me tons of money and I never gave him movies. It's amazing. This is howling."

Bone [quotes theatrically from the Jade interview]: "If you only knew HALF of what goes on. My god all the people who were involved!!"

Bone: "Now this is interesting. Here, where the industry is, nobody knows what goes on, but this Connecticut fucking trailer trash housewife knows all the inside skinny of our industry because she's the stepmother of a girl. You [Ross] served as an advisor in the Jerry Springer scandal, but you still needed an interview to find out what had gone on afterwards. She [Jade] knows all about Duro2000. Kendra hasn't talked to her in months, but she knows all the inside of that. Oh, you were shooting camera on Windsong!!"

Ross: "I was?"

Bone [reading from the Jade interview]: "Yeah, Gene was actually there with camera in hand. He was shooting stuff. And I never knew it was anything bad!!"

[Jade was never on the set of Windsong.]

Bone: "The camera on Windsong was shot by a couple of guys from Paramount Studio. But you were shooting fucking camera. So now you write my stuff, you shoot camera, you direct it, you arrange the on-the-set pieces. You review my movies for money."

Bone [reads from the Jade interview]: "I don't know how long Gene has been selling scripts. I don't know how long he's been corrupt. Gene was corrupt all around. We had given Gene the full story about Jerry Springer after the scandal, but WE couldn't run that story; WE had to hold that story. And Gene held the story and he waited.

[Ross picks himself off the floor from hysteria.]

Bone: "But you were the conspirator that put the whole thing together. Here's a funny thing. You'll like this one. When did you become a bad guy in all of this? Why is she out for you now?"

Bone reads aloud how Ross, according to Jade, was taking Bone for a ride, promising him everything and delivering nothing that Bone was "getting a little unhappy."

Bone: "So you fucked me over. Here's a thing about how she [Jade] was blackmailing me. That's a nice one. You're on film, so you're actually in the movies, now, too.

Bone [reads]: "Did John pay Gene for good reviews? That's what it was all about."

Bone: "So I was paying you for good reviews. Where are they? She's completely messed up on the Cassidy-thing."

Bone [reads again, quoting Jade]: "If I had to blackmail him, I had to blackmail him!"

Ross: "Who's she blackmailing?"

Bone: "Me. So, she's a blackmailer. She says it in her interview. I failed to make her blackmail payments so I guess that's why she's going public. There's also something in here about how they [Kelly and Kendra] went over to AVN to see you, and there was 'little machine with pictures on them.' I think that's a television set."

\n Lynne Lopatin, a former Heatwave employee, in an interview on another website, also implicates Gene Ross and Gabor from Heatwave in a sexual bribery/kickback scheme.

Gabor: "This is bullshit, of course. I had to let her [Lopatin] go. [January or February 1998]. I had to let her husband Bruce go for the same thing, June of last year. They have a bone to pick with me. They always said they could do much better movies than Jim Powers. I let them direct something and it was a disaster. The editor was calling me and telling me this was missing and that was missing. This went on for two months. They didn't finish the movie. It was a gay movie called Handsome Ransome. It turned out pretty good. [According to Gabor, someone had to tidy up.].

Gene Ross gave Mitch Spinelli the directing name W. Bosley DeLongprez when Spinelli tired of using the name Wes Brown. Spinelli's been using the name off and on ever since.

Ross is now leaving panic-stricken orders with every director in the industry to burn every script in their possession for fear he will be linked to at least 10,000 productions done since 1994.

Ross is also ready to breakdown and confess his involvement in the scripting of the Star Wars trilogy under the name George Lukas. However, Ross may escape on a technicality because he did the projects before the AVN 1994 edict against writing scripts.
