Webmaster Access East, which officially kicks off Thursday, is shaping up as the Adult.com folks’ biggest show to date.
“Right now this is looking like it’s going to be our biggest show. We’re still taking pre-registrations through the end of the day and we’re between 250 and 300 registrants,” Adult.com marketing director Eric Matis tells AVNOnline.com.
This year’s version of Webmaster Access East – last year’s was in Atlanta – marks the triumphant return of the adult webmaster community to Montreal for the first time in two years.
“We felt there was a real need. There are no shows in the Northeast—you’ve got Toronto, Montreal, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and all those areas have a lot of webmasters. They travel a long way for a show most of the time, so to have something close by is nice for them. Montreal is a great city—girls, food, and the hotel is being real accommodating. There are a lot of reasons for us to go there,” Matis says.
The growth of Webmaster Access has spawned changes including two new seminars: newbie help and content. Registered guests can also look forward to free lunches and plentiful opportunities to imbibe some spirits.
Seminars run three deep Friday and Saturday. Parties kick off at 6 p.m. on Thursday with happy hour at Peel Pub sponsored by Gallery Traffic Service, Executive Stats, G3X, and MakeFuckingMoney. Reality Cash and JoinRightNow’s warm-up party at Club Living follow it at 10 p.m.
Friday evening features the MyVirtualCard’s poker party at 7 p.m. and is followed by the BrainCash/CCBill bash at 9 p.m. at Exit.
Saturday night concludes with the 2much.net party beginning at 8 p.m. at 2much headquarters.
In addition to the new seminars are traffic, legal, processing, and state-of-the-industry seminars.
