Web Gems, Cash Masters Combine For Web Gems Hosting

Web Gems, Inc. owners Larry Moltz and Allen Pearsall have partnered with Mark Richman and Nathaniel Seidman of Cash Masters/Erotic Gems to form Web Gems Hosting, the two sides announced shortly after an official launch at Internext earlier this month.

"With our latest upgrades, Webmasters can now manage their own URLs with great ease from E-Mail to DNS administration and much more," Pearsall said in a formal announcement. "And we are always available to assist a Webmaster 24/7 by phone, email or live support right from the Website, plus we offer customized plans to meet any Webmaster's specific hosting needs. We are excited about the recent combining of forces and look forward to becoming a major player in the adult arena."

More directly, Pearsall told AVN Online, the deal sprang from an already established friendship among the four men, and from Web Gems's need to get a little savvier with advertising and marketing.

"It was a friendship that I had developed between my partner (Moltz) and Mark and Nat probably about two years ago," he said. "And we realized that, Larry and I started Web Gems Inc out of a friendship, and then I found out Larry was good friends of Mark and Nat, and they had been customers of mine before. And Larry and I are lacking in the promotional side of things, and we got together one day and put it together. Between their knowledge of advertising and their connections in the adult industry, we'd make a good team."

Richman and Seidman bring to Web Gems over seven years of experience in the promotion and sales of products and services for the adult industry, forging strong relationships with the industry's leading companies, "giv(ing) Web Gems the edge it needs in the competitive marketplace of adult Web hosting."

"And we'll have the ability to get into great prices, great rack space prices, and servicing our customers better," Pearsall said.
