The lovely Taylor Wane has appeared in many guises, formats and mediums, and now can add being the subject of a bona fide work of art to her resume, courtesy of the famed painter Olivia.
Wane posed for the artist at her Malibu manse; the sessions resulted in two pieces, one of which was unveiled last night at the swank Concorde in Hollywood. The event was a smash, well-attended by porn folks, celebs and civilians alike. Gene Simmons, Christopher Atkins and ex Hef-squeeze Barbi Benton made the scene, as did David “Wouldn’t you like to be a Pepper too?” Norton, Patrick Cassidy (brother of David), legendary director Gregory Dark, and Shaft himself, Richard Roundtree.
A gaggle of Playmates flitted about the room, including the stunning Devan Devasquez. Goody bags were supplied by American Express, and an hour of free booze poured down grateful throats courtesy of Skyy Vodka.
And where will the painting ultimately end up?
“We get to keep the one that was shown,” said Laurien du Tremble, Wane’s husband. “Right now we’re dismantling our entire fireplace wall, and remodel it just for the painting.”
