Interstate 65 \nINDIANAPOLIS - We've heard of driving a woody wagon, but this is ridiculous - an Indiana man was arrested last week for chasing a female motorist while naked and masturbating.
We're not making it up, folks.
Timothy Hutchens was arrested as the result of an incident on Interstate 65. The woman in question was pulled over by a state trooper after he registered her driving at 83 miles an hour. But she told the trooper she was being chased.
The trooper followed up and chased Hutchens, then pulled him over. He's charged with indecent exposure, intimidation, speeding, and driving without a seat belt.
Hutchens pleaded guilty, apparently, and was sentenced to a year's suspended sentence. The woman in question was not given even a speeding ticket.
