LOS ANGELES — Vivid Entertainment will release a Blu-ray disc edition of the Sunrise Adams movie Perverse on Wednesday, Aug. 6.
Perverse stars Adams as a sexually frustrated housewife who turns to escorting to satisfy her carnal urges. The feature debuted on standard DVD last week and has already gone into re-orders, according to Vivid sales manager David Peskin.
"Sunrise Adams' numbers are just phenomenal," Peskin told AVN. "Perverse has a beautiful, beautiful box cover; amazing shot of Sunrise. This is Vivid's ninth release on Blu-ray, and numbers have been consistent."
Directed by Sinclair, Perverse is one of several Vivid movies Sunrise shot last year following a hiatus from the biz. The movie co-stars Ashley Blue, Kimberly Kane, Chris Cannon, Kurt Lockwood, Dillon Day, Mark Wood and Mark Davis.
