Vivid and Paradise Marketing Donate Condoms to AIM

Vivid Entertainment Group and Paradise Marketing will donate 4,000 condoms to the Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation (AIM) for distribution to performers in upcoming adult productions. The condoms are being made available in cooperation with Paradise Marketing, the company Vivid has partnered with to manufacture and sell Vivid Condoms.

"Vivid has had a mandatory condom policy for all actors in our films for the past six and a half years and we think all performers in the industry should be using them," according to David Schlesinger, Vivid's vice president for licensing. "Many performers use the AIM service for HIV testing, so we hope that having free condoms available at the AIM offices will encourage more use."

Paradise Marketing distributes condoms and other products including the Vivid Virility herbal supplement, under a license from Vivid. In addition to being sold in several thousand retail outlets nationwide, according to Dennis Paradise, president of paradise marketing. "Part of the reason is safety and part is because of our packaging, which is the first real change in condom packages in the past 30 years. It's hard to surpass photos of Vivid Girls like Jenna Jameson, Briana Banks and Sunrise Adams, but it's the Vivid brand name that first catches people's attention," Paradise said.
