LOS ANGELES—Part documentary, part vignette, Tristan Taormino’s Rough Sex 2 is being released by Vivid Entertainment on Aug. 23.
Based entirely on the fantasies of its female participants, the content in Rough Sex 2 runs the gamut from dominance to submission.
“Through deeply personal interviews, the stars reveal their personal preferences for rough sex, why they love it, how they establish trust with their partners, and what they need to feel safe as they play on the edge,” the company said.
Rough Sex 2 stars Claire Adams, Chayse Evans, April Flores, Sinnamon Love, Adrianna Nicole, Dylan Ryan, Bobbi Starr and Madison Young. Male performers in the movie include Mark Davis, James Deen, Shane Diesel, Richard Mann, Nathan Menace and Orpheus Black.
The performers in the movie are wholly responsible for creating the scenes and choosing their partners.
"This is female sexuality at its most extreme: raw, rough, and real," director Taormino said. "You'll see food fetish play, face-sitting, strap-on sex, pony play, flogging, training, clothespins, forced orgasms, spreader bars, bondage, wrestling, slapping, spanking, dominance and submission, service, punishment, knife play, hot wax, and face-slapping. Rough Sex 2 is a lot kinkier than Rough Sex 1. It explores some of the most alluring and taboo elements of BDSM. I think my fans will love it.”
AVN reviewer Ben Atrophis gave the movie a AAAA ½ star review.
"Rough Sex has done really well for us, and Tristan has upped the ante in this second installment,” Vivid sales director Howard Levine said. “I know it's going to be really popular with retailers."
