Visual Surfer Behaviour Analysis Program Released

Saying the raw numbers don't tell exactly what Web surfers do while they ride the wild cybersurf, Swiss-based GTP Productions has rolled out what they hope will get the more complete surfer behavior and site strength picture, Visual Analyzer.

GTP said announcing the new product that Webmasters can use it to see their users' actions exactly as they surf the site or see extended graphical line outputs. The company calls it the first visual screen capture tool which actually uses smart serverside script to pin down precise surfer actions.

"Imagine screen capture in realtime with a 3 sec delay ... recording your users every mouse event and movement," GTP said announcing the launch. "This results in the use of less disk space than, for example, video screen capture applications, and it records every user, not only users who have some special program installed."

The company did not return a query for further comment before this story went to press, but they said in the announcement that the surfer paths Visual Analyzer tracks can be recorded and played back for detailed analysis, making it "immediately clear where the strong and weak points of your site are hidden and how the users interact with them."

The Visual Analyzer™ enables webmasters to do visually track the paths of site visitors. Those paths can be recorded and played back for detail analysis. From now on it can immediatly become clear where the strong and weak points of your site are hidden and how the users interact with them.
