Vince Neil to Host 3rd Annual Off the Strip Poker Tournament

LAS VEGAS - The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will host rocker Vince Neil’s 3rd Annual Off The Strip Poker Tournament at The Joint on Nov. 3. Celebrities, poker pros and Las Vegas dancers will join Neil for a No-Limit Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament, benefiting The Skylar Neil Memorial Fund and The T.J. Martell Foundation, an organization which has raised more than $235 million to support cancer, leukemia, and AIDS research.

Seating for the tournament is limited to the first 150 entrants. The tournament buy-in is $500, plus a $50 registration fee. Re-buys and an add-on will be offered during play. Players will vie for a guaranteed cash prize pool of $50,000, and payouts will be made to the final table of ten.

Participants and members of the public are invited to visit The Joint throughout the day to bid on a collection of unique memorabilia from the worlds of music, sports and entertainment, up for silent auction. Beginning at 3 p.m., Neil will be joined by some adult starlets to host a live charity auction. Tournament play will then commence at 4 p.m.

All proceeds from the poker tournament and charity auctions will benefit the T.J. Martell Foundation via the Skylar Neil Memorial Fund, which was established in 1995 by Neil to honor his daughter Skylar who passed away from cancer. Since that time, Neil’s charitable efforts have helped to raise nearly two million dollars for the T.J. Martell Foundation.
