Vicious Media Inc. has signed director/performer Tee Reel and his company to a one-year distribution agreement.
Reel, owner of Tee Real Entertainment, began directing hip-hop music videos six years ago after graduating from Columbia College with a Bachelor's degree in Film Studies. He moved to adult in 2004 as a performer, segueing to director in 2005.
“Tee Reel has an excellent handle on what the market wants today. He inhabits the hip-hop culture and is the voice of the new generation,” said Fletch, director of sales for Vicious Media.
The agreement calls for him to direct and produce a minimum of 12 titles for 2006, with a renewal option for 2007.
“I wanted to be with a company that would allow me to use my own ideas to improve production value,” said Reel. “This is one of the few companies in the adult industry that is supportive in both my mainstream and adult ventures. The new hip-hop generation is looking for adult movies that are made for and by someone who really knows what they want. I’ll be directing movies with a style that will really reach out to them and Vicious supports my vision.”
Reel’s first title for Vicious Media is Real Interracial Volume 1, set to release in mid-May. Other lines set to shoot include lesbian, blowjob and, of course, something with hip-hop artists.
