Vice Channel Does Dogfart

LOS ANGELES—In the series Vice Does America, which airs on the Vice Channel, host Abdullah Saeed takes “epic journeys of exploration and self-discovery in forgotten corners of the world.” And in the most recent episode, titled “The Porno, The Hitchiker & The Weed,” in one of those corners he meets Dogfart director Billy Watson and his cast in the parody Megyn Gets Trumpedone of the early porno parodies sparked by Trump’s candidacy. (Read more here.)

The episode will be repeating on the Vice channel and can also be seen on Viceland.com.

Adult performer James Bartholet hams it up as Trump, eliciting laughs from the Vice crew, while Cherie DeVille plays the Megyn Kelly character. And because this is Dogfart, you know they’ll be some seasoned male studs on hand: in this case, Prince Yahshua and Rico Strong. They play The Donald’s security team, and it’s their job to “pole” the newswoman. The full XXX version can be seen on Dogfart.com.

“This was a real fun shoot. Even if you’re not a Donald fan, you’ll enjoy this parody scene. We have to thank Vice for coming down to cover this. We saw the broadcast last night and we’re happy with how it came out,” said Bartholet.

Director Watson is more than up to the challenge of having the inquisitive Vice team on set, even putting the three hosts—Abdullah, Wilbert and Martina—to work on the XXX set as part of the production crew.

Saeed and company try to get with the porno program, but they keep their journalistic distance. Wilbert asks Watson about his views on free speech, and he points out “there are a lot of places in the world right now where an army can come in and arrest us all. ... Maybe we’re the poster child for freedom of speech.”

Martina, who’s been tasked with being the “lube girl,” listens to Cherie DeVille’s cogent comments on female empowerment (and tangentially, finds out that DeVille prefers lube with coconut oil, because, as Martina sums up, it's “good for the vagina”).

Amid the laughter, the crew takes time for more serious commentary. Wilfred and Watson talk candidly about how black men are portrayed, and they all listen as Yahshua talks about the challenges of “navigating your way through a highly racist business” and Strong explains the “interracial” label in porn.

As Saeed exits the set, grabbing a couple of cookies (“the craft services on a porno set are pretty decent”), he and his crew pile into the van. Turning to the camera, Wilfred opines, “To me a more appropriate Donald Trump parody—sort of sticking it to him for the racist, sexist things that he says—[would be] to have a woman put a strap-on dildo and fuck Donald Trump in the ass. Now that would be a subversion."

Not a bad premise—maybe Dana Vespoli or Aiden Starr might be willing to fulfill that fantasy.
