Movie and fashion photographer Van Pollack will bring his unique camera work and compositions into an agreement with NJ films to shoot all of their forthcoming releases. The southern California-based photographer, whose still photo work is featured at vanpollack.com, appeals to the movie company for the mainstream, almost fashion-world and high cinema sheen he gives his work.
“You just look at the quality of the photos and the angles, and it really makes a difference,” NJ Films’ John Knowles told AVN.com. According to Knowles, Pollack is already shooting films for the company at this time, at a rate of about two a month. “That’s something we’d like to step up when the business picks up,” he says.
Knowles couldn’t release details of the agreement, but confirmed that although the contract had a definite termination date “as all contracts do” he hoped that Pollack and the company would keep working together “as long as it will last.”
